“Education is about opening gates to new life paths. Learning starts in preschool, but does not stop — not even when children graduate from our program.”
Our program is privileged to have a great teaching team, full of enthusiasm, caring- loving and respectful approach to children. Our teachers have all received the required training and are very knowledgeable about how children develop and learn. Our teachers are certified and specialized in Early Childhood Programs from accredited Universities. They are in compliance with the State of Florida required licenses.
Our staff is involved in professional development on an ongoing basis. Our teachers are scheduled to meet weekly with the Director and monthly for a study group and staff meeting.
Thanks to the ECEC teaching staff, B’nai Aviv has had the highest “Kindergarten-Readiness” scores in Broward County over the past five years.
A Note from our Director:
My name is Sabrina Mueller. I am the B’nai Aviv ECEC Director.
I’m originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’m very happy to join B’nai Aviv after working at Temple Sinai in Hollywood, Florida for an eight-year tenure in both their Early Childhood and Religious Schools.
I have a degree in both Early Childhood Education and Psychology and more than two decades of experience in the field of Jewish education. By educating young children in the path of Judaism, we help them to build their Jewish identity through teaching Jewish values. Giving to others, honoring parents, respect and appreciation for those around us are essential components of our Early Childhood Education. These beliefs are a part of who the children are presently and who they will become in the future.
To me, education is about inspiring and empowering others, about opening gates to new life paths. Learning is indeed a lifelong process, which does not stop – not even when children graduate from our school.
